Return and Replacement Policy

1. Vendor-Controlled Return Rules

  • Return and replacement eligibility is defined by each vendor and must be clearly stated on the listing or checkout page.
  • Category-specific exclusions (for example, perishable, hygiene, made-to-order or sealed goods) may apply based on vendor policy and law.

2. Conditions for Return/Replacement

  • Vendors may require proof of purchase, delivery evidence, unboxing evidence and original condition/packaging where applicable.
  • Return windows, pickup/drop instructions and replacement timelines are controlled by the vendor.

3. Platform Role

  • Aikya Mart does not take custody of products and does not execute physical return logistics unless explicitly announced for a specific service.
  • Aikya Mart may review disputes, request supporting details and take marketplace action for clear vendor policy violations.
